There are a number of global space-related issues where greater international collaboration is needed. Enhanced public awareness is required regarding potential threats from asteroids and comets, as well as catastrophic solar storms. ACES Worldwide seeks to collaborate with a broad range of space-related organizations, as well as with the United Nations’ Office of Outer Space Affairs, to help develop better means, policies and recommended regulations that can defend against these threats. Potential hazards include space debris, asteroids, comets, solar storms, and other cosmic threats. ACES Worldwide will work to help expand and enhance the efforts of space agencies and other key organizations already pursuing these goals.
